For all those that commented yesterday and didn’t get back to check my response, here it is:

Wow! I am really humbled by the response to yesterday’s post. I thank each and every one of you for your kind comments. I’m kinda glad I decided to reveal now, but I’m also thinking that if I had left it until the end of “Harvey” the wow factor might have been bigger! Having said that, the response has really made me kick it up a notch and I’ll have to work extra hard for the next reveal to get the same response. I’ve never been close to seeing abs before, but I’ll be trying and doing everything to get there. I still have quite a way to go, but I will try my hardest I promise you that.
My whole evening got mucked around by a daughter finishing work 3 hours early and a mobile phone that died. Needless to say the whole night was awash and I missed my scheduled HIIT cardio session. Another hit on the “Harvey” compliance score! You may notice that I take a whole day out for each non-compliance, that is my score now sits at 89/91 (as a percentage). The reason for this is so I can keep a total track of days where I have been compliant at a single glance. The score shows the maximum compliance I can achieve at any point in time. I did get a 30 minute speed tour of all the blogs tonight, sorry I didn’t get time to reply or comment to everyone.
