Day 370
My Day – Friday 7th November 2008
Total rest day today. I’m trying to recover as best I can from yesterday’s HIT workout. I have decided to back off the extra cardio and keep the calories lower on my non-training days. I am in the process of redesigning my nutrition plan to fit the new training program. I will plan out 7 days of meals.
Visited my brother-in-law and niece tonight as it was their birthdays during the week.
Back and ready to relax for an hour or so before bed.

Hey Mike, adjusting your meals is an excellent idea. I’m currently corresponding with one of the H.I.T. Squad members about nutrition. He keeps his carbs to 100 grams daily Monday through Thursday and then ups his carbs to 65% of his daily intake Friday through Sunday. He’s been doing it for 6 years and is in awesome shape. People don’t always remember that you can adjust your food on non-training days and it won’t kill you
