		<description>Hey Mike, adjusting your meals is an excellent idea.  I&#039;m currently corresponding with one of the H.I.T. Squad members about nutrition.  He keeps his carbs to 100 grams daily Monday through Thursday and then ups his carbs to 65% of his daily intake Friday through Sunday.  He&#039;s been doing it for 6 years and is in awesome shape.  People don&#039;t always remember that you can adjust your food on non-training days and it won&#039;t kill you :-)</description>
