		<description>Mike, this is EXACTLY why I&#039;ve been using the modified Anabolic Diet approach.  I truly believe that when we try this or that nutrition plan it is never realistic and we can never truly stick to it.  The Anabolic Diet has allowed me to be careful about what I eat Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and then I eat whatevver I want Friday, Saturday and Sunday.  My only requirement on weekends is to stick to the calories and to be as close to my target ratios as possible.  It works because it is much more relaxed than most plans.  I know you still fast, but I strongly disagree with fasting (more so now than I did 200+ days ago when the topic was being discussed).  The body builder&#039;s body needs fuel all day every day!</description>

I then go good for another few days and then have another bad night. This seems to be enough to keep me from progressing as I would like. 		<description>MIke I can so relate!! I do good for a while then I just stop for a week or two..i guess I am getting bored too.  or i just lose focus too easy by life&#039;s issues!  if it helps, I  believe you can make a major transformation and achieve your dream body!</description>
