Day 378: Day 7 of 53 – November 15th 2008
My Day
Today I was busy working on a couple of websites. Spent most of the day putting one website in particular together. Man, I’m so excited about this particular website because I know it is going to be huge. More on this later.
Rested up today. Didn’t do any cardio. Will probably go for a good walk tomorrow though.






Mike, I have a question regarding your ESE days. My muscles get the shakes after heavy weight training that don’t seem to go away until I eat. Do you experience the same thing and if it’s on a fasting day, do the shakes eventually go away?
Hi Debbie. I make sure that I don’t fast on a training day. At the moment my fast days are Wed & Sun.
Hey Mike, So how’s the ESE going? I tried it a few weeks ago and the first fast was no problem. But the second – I felt so “crabby” I had to stay away from people. I do think the secret is to really watch the portion control after the fast – it seemed too easy to chow down havignnot eaten all day.
Hey Larry, I don’t find it too bad at all. I still have to control the “feed” at the end of the day as you can get a bit carried away
. You just have to tell yourself that you don’t have to eat a days worth of food after you’ve fasted.
