		<description>Hey Larry, I don&#039;t find it too bad at all. I still have to control the &quot;feed&quot; at the end of the day as you can get a bit carried away :). You just have to tell yourself that you don&#039;t have to eat a days worth of food after you&#039;ve fasted.</description>

I do think the secret is to really watch the portion control after the fast - it seemed too easy to chow down havignnot eaten all day.</description>
