These past few weeks have been hard and these last few days I have eaten too much too often and too wrong.  I like your food plan and am going to try it and hopefully in a few days will feel better and leaner again.  Whatever you&#039;re doing seems to be working though!!  Way to go and enjoy those protein scoops!  Cheers.</description>
