Any tips on managing your nutrition are happily received by me! I am training like a man possesed but my eating/drinking habits are my biggest challenge. I will keep a close eye on your nutrition and results for anything I can use.

		<description>Today (no workout) is up around 2100 calories. Workout days adds about another 500-600 calories. So it&#039;s not too bad. I usually ESE today, but I felt I needed the nutrition after 3 days of intense training.</description>
