My Day

Full day today. Rushed home from work to put in a shift in as bar manager at our Regional Entertainment Centre. Becasue of this I’ve had to forgo my scheduled leg workout. I’ll hopefully make this up by doing some Quad Blaster work at home tomorrow. I do have a fairly busy day so I’ll see how that goes. My wife has an early morning appt at the doctors tomorrow for her arm/wrist problems. She still is not right with it and has been told by the physio to ask for an ultrasound to see if there is anything there.

Last meal was at 4:45pm. Will be doing ESE until tomorrow night.

M1 – 2 scoops protein
M2 – Greek Salad + 2 pieces of slice (bit of a cheat here).
M3 – 2 scoops protein
M4 – almonds + sultanas
M5 – Chicken & Salsa

  1. Mike, I’m curious as to why you are no longer doing H.I.T.? You want to burn fat and the best way I know how is to gain muscle and the best way I’ve found to gain muscle is some form of H.I.T. What’s your concept here?
